WCT Advisory Top Classic Eagle Street Tower

Newly formed financial advisory and restructuring/insolvency firm WCT Advisory have secured themselves an 80sqm small suite on the top floor of Eagle St classic, 110 Eagle (ANL House).

Having broken away from a major international firm, WCT Advisory’s directors understood the importance of representation in the market and knew it to be important to have a prominent office in a prominent location. Taking advantage of a partially in place fit out, they were able to achieve this at a great rental rate in a small suite that catered for all their needs. This was at the end of a thorough search in a part of the market that is not flush with quality tenancies on the best parts of floors – so WCT knew they had found the winner when they came across this suite.

Recently transferred to new ownership, 110 Eagle St is undergoing a tranche of improvements that will see it repositioned as a boutique high B-Grade offering in an excellent Golden Triangle location. Combined with new fit outs and improved onfloor experience, it will continue to attract tenants in the professional services sector needing to be in the heart of the city.

Given the infancy of the firm WCT were eager to include an expansion right within the lease which will allow them to continue to grow within the building and be a staple of its tenant directory for years to come.
