The wave of new tenant commitments at 200 Mary St has continued, with Cromwell preparing to welcome MacDonnells Law, one of Queensland’s largest and longest established independent law firms, to the building.

Following a thorough search of the market, MacDonnells agreed to lease approximately 250m2 on L12, where they are currently constructing a new high quality fitout to house their local team.

As a tenant of Cromwell, MacDonnells will have access to a raft a fantastic tenant amenities, such as use of Cromwell’s unique Business Centre facility located on the mezzanine level of 200 Mary St, and also a best in class End of Trip facility.

Equis FG Secures New 200 Mary St Office

Equis, one of Asia’s largest investors and developers of renewable energy has signaled its long-term commitment to the Australian market by securing a new office space in Brisbane. They have secured a 124m2 tenancy in Cromwell’s 200 Mary St office tower, continuing the building’s stellar run in attracting new tenants.
