100 Edward Street Stacks Up As New Home For STAC Capital

Strategic commercial financing firm STAC Capital have secured a new home for the next five years taking part of Level 13 at 100 Edward Street. Previously subleasing a space within 300 Queen Street this is a big step in the right direction for the growing company.

Facilitated by Caden Executives’ Jack Middleton and Nick Hopkins, STAC Capital will be moving into a brand new turn-key fit out on the best side of the floor with exceptional river views and fantastic natural light. Through collaboration with James Kirkpatrick and the team at Archway, STAC Capital have managed to effectively utilise these aspects incorporating them into a high-end contemporary fit out.

It’s safe to say that SLMC’s continual drive to enhance its asset has certainly paid off. STAC Capital’s recent deal has dropped the buildings vacancy even further with commercial vacancy sitting at a mere 3.79%. With this recent success, SLMC plans to continue attracting a strong tenant covenant to their building.

SLMC will continue delivering high-quality space to the office market and have spaces coming available soon within the building – two spec fit outs on levels 6 and 7 that are 130-150sqm. These spaces are due for an April/May delivery and will be worth keeping an eye on as things progress.
