Leading engineering solutions firm Singleton have made the decision to relocate their head office from Spring Hill into the Brisbane CBD, committing to 166m2 at LSH Group’s 300 Adelaide St office tower.

Following a thorough market search conducted via Caden Office Leasing, 300 Adelaide St proved to be a winner on all fronts. The level of onsite tenant amenity is unique, fronted by a ‘best in class’ business centre for tenants to access at their convenience, positioned adjacent to a large outdoor deck available for tenant’s day to day enjoyment or for client functions.

It is the first time Singleton have been located within the CBD, yet it was not a key driver within their initial brief. The change in location was driven mainly by a combination of the quality and the cost-effectiveness of the spaces that were offered to them (within the CBD) during their search.

Singleton’s new office space is a true reflection of their brand, very modern but at the same time a touch understated.

The new home can house a team of up to 16 people. It is largely open plan in design to promote collaboration, but it also provides a number of enclosed ‘focus’ rooms for staff to utilise as required.
