Brisbane Criminal Lawyers Grow within 239 George Street

The Brisbane office leasing market has continued to show signs of positivity with tenants showing particular interest in spec suites or high quality existing fitted options. Caden research shows that since January 2021, 84% of deals done in A-/B+ Grade were in fitted spaces, Likewise, 93% of deals completed in B Grade have featured either spec or existing fit outs.
