Caden recently assisted three businesses in finding their ideal office spaces in the bustling 410 Queen Street in Brisbane, helping them navigate the leasing process and secured spaces that matched their specific requirements.

One of our tenants, St Baker Energy, needed a bigger space to accommodate their growing team, and we helped them move from their old office down the road at 344 Queen Street. We found them a 304m2 space in 410 Queen Street that was perfect for their needs and included a brand new fit-out.

EmTek, an engineering firm, whose head office is based in Melbourne, required a space for their Brisbane team. Caden helped them find a 155m2 office at 410 Queen Street, which had an existing fit-out that could comfortably accommodate up to 16 staff.

Evolve Talent, a recruitment agency, chose a 175m2 space on L1 of the same building that had a flexible lease term and an existing fit-out that suited their needs. The space was able to accommodate up to 18 people, which gave them room for future growth.

All three businesses were happy with their new spaces in 410 Queen Street, and they appreciated the central location. At Caden, we are thrilled to have helped these clients in their search for their dream offices.
