Boutique construction firm Descon Group have recently secured a 125m2 spec fit out in Goldman Sachs’ 157 Ann Street on a five-year lease. Descon recognised the need for a CBD footprint after undertaking a number of major projects across South East Queensland.
The group were keen to occupy ASAP and as such focussed their attention on fitted spaces. After having some initial reservations about taking on a long-term commitment, the quality of the space coupled with competitive deal terms proved to be the deciding factor for Descon signing an offer within a week of their initial inspection. Within a matter of weeks Descon Group were in and occupying their new office completed by Archway.
157 Ann Street is starting to gain more traction in the market as of late.
