The modernisation and upgrade to the ground floor lobby at 120 Edward St has been given the green light with works are due to kick off over the course of the next couple of weeks.

Local architecture firm Hayball have designed a healthy, vibrant and modern space which will include a lush open air courtyard, multiple informal breakout spaces featuring designer furniture, a light filled multipurpose wellness area and a large green wall inspiring fresh thinking and growth.

A  reconfiguration of the space will see the existing Café and concierge desk repositioned to create a more streamlined entrance, making it more inviting for tenants and visitors alike.

The upgrades will build on what is already one of the premier offerings in Brisbane’s emerging Midtown Precinct. This is a significant investment and underlines the Landlord’s long-term commitment to the building. We will provide notification of the completion of the works in due course.
