Previously occupying a serviced office space in Brisbane’s Eagle Street Precinct, the team from Integration Works came to Caden feeling it was the right time to make the move into a permanent home. They have now taken occupation of a 143m2 high quality second-hand suite within 300 Ann Street.
After spending an extended period working entirely from home, the team at Integration Works felt a growing sense of unrest from their staff, itching to get back into a physical space and lamenting the loss of office culture and ability to collaborate effectively. This is a trend we have observed growing within the market since the commencement of 2021.
300 Ann Street immediately appealed to the Integration Works team as a primary option. After just one round of inspecting spaces across the CBD the decision was made to proceed on the aforementioned suite within the building. Features such as the proximity to central station, ample natural light and aspects to both the CBD and Spring Hill were both key drivers for this team to make the move on 300 Ann Street.
