Agribusiness advisory firm LAWD have established their Brisbane office at 12 Creek St constructing their own fit out.
Coming to market in the third quarter of 2020 LAWD expressed a desire to be located in the Golden Triangle and to repurpose an existing fit out. As a result of their requirements many of the options on the initial round of inspections were ruled out on either size or quality.
Running these inspections helped contextualise market availabilities and provided LAWD with a better understanding of what is a good value deal in the current climate. After struggling to find an existing space that struck a chord, the group realised the value in constructing a bespoke fit out to suit their requirement exactly.
The 169m2 space in Blue Tower stood out to the group due to the aspect overlooking the river and the value proposition it presented. After engaging a fit out contractor to design the tenancy the group committed to a medium length lease on the space.
