Lüp Events, a business that is pioneering the use of technology and data intelligence within the ticketing and events industry, has secured new office premises for their growing team having taken occupation of space at 200 Mary Street in Brisbane’s CBD.
Lüp needed to move quickly to ensure they had enough space for their expanding team, and their focus was therefore to identify tenancies that had high quality existing fit out already in situ.
Caden Office Leasing Director David Prosser was engaged to undertake a detailed search of the market which delivered up in excess 20 different options for initial consideration.
The timing of the search coincided Cromwell Property Group undertaking a refurbishment of a space within 200 Mary St which involved some tweaking of an existing fit out. Cromwell made some design changes to increase the density and also constructed some offices to give the space a better overall balance of workstations and offices. Following completion of the works the space allowed for:
- Multiple offices and open plan workstations;
- Multiple meeting rooms; and
This aligned with Lüp’s requirements, and following the inspection of a number of different building’s/tenancies was identified as the preferred option. Commercial terms were agreed on the basis of a 3 year lease term and within a matter of weeks LUP were in occupation of their new premises.
200 Mary St had again proven itself to be a popular choice amongst prospective tenants with Lüp Events’ Managing Director Neeshil Pabari stating:
