Mining Plus Uncover Excellent Office Option

Serviced Offices suited the business during their previous periods of steady growth, however with a quick spike in expansion due to new project obligations, Mining Plus had to take on an extra seven (7) new staff in a very short period of time. To accommodate this shift, it made sense for the business to seek a new, custom-designed premises that would accommodate further changes within the Brisbane base. With differing obligations for Serviced Office leases compared to a Traditional office lease, Chris Chapman ensured these changes were laid out so the business would be able to seamlessly transition spaces.

The business originally wanted to stay within the Golden Triangle, given the positive perception of that precinct within the CBD. However, they quickly found that there were limited options that ticked the boxes of their brief, meaning they would have to take on an existing fit out to get what they needed, and ultimately, compromise on the quality of fit out. This concept is something that tenants typically prefer to steer clear of when they’re wanting to attract and retain their industries best talent.

On a second round of inspections, 127 Creek St was inspected and all other options were quickly discounted. The company were fully satisfied with the offering at 127 Creek Street and they were able to relocate into a high quality spec suite that has the ability to suit them for the next 3 – 4 years. Situated in the high-rise of the building, the suite offers high levels of natural light over-looking Spring Hill and the Western Suburbs.
