AI industry leader Retina Visions have taken the step out of serviced office by securing a mid-length lease in the iconic Gold Tower.

Retina Visions have grown off the back of their technology which allows them to collect and assess data across road networks around the country. Predominantly partnering with government authorities, the business has carved out a position that is proving to be incredibly helpful in the assessment of the condition of roads throughout Australia.

The IT firm have moved into a new suite in the high rise of the tower, capturing a fantastic aspect featuring river views and a great outlook back over the CBD. Acknowledging that good quality smaller suites with such prime positions are rare, even in a supply heavy market, Retina Visions were quick to act and locked the suite away after the first inspection.

Previously occupying serviced offices in the building, Retina Visions were drawn to the opportunity for the business to retain a familiar presence for both their clients and staff alike.

This lease joins a list of recent leasing deals completed by Caden in Dexus assets, led by small suites across their A-Grade assets in the Brisbane CBD.
