Specialist media agency TFM Digital have taken a big step in the right direction securing their first ever Brisbane CBD location. In a move facilitated by Caden Leasing Executive Nick Hopkins, TFM Digital made the jump out of the Fringe and secured a 5-year lease within Level 13 at 100 Edward Street. TFM Digital are a one-stop marketing agency provider in media buying services and strategy development, their journey from what was previously a smaller outdated fit out in West End to now a brand-new speculative fit out in the heart of the CBD shows the strength of small businesses growing in Brisbane.

The office fit out was constructed and designed in collaboration with commercial office design group Archway, who have continued to provide quality product within the building. This tenancy features a mainly open plan design on a great part of the floor with direct lift frontage and beautiful view corridors that look out to the Brisbane River. The finished product and attention to detail that was provided from Archway is a testament to the space being leased upon completion.

It has been a successful leasing campaign over the last 12 months within 100 Edward Street. Alongside the continual support from SLMC, we have been able to secure 7 transactions within the last 12 months on 5 or more year terms.
