In a deal negotiated by Caden Office Leasing’s Chris Chapman, business IT consultants, YesIT have made the move from the Fringe and into Forza Capital’s 340 Adelaide Street. The business has committed to a 129m² second generation spec fit out that came with an exclusive balcony overlooking both Adelaide & Wharf Streets.

340 Adelaide Street is a 13,000sqm office tower situated on the cusp of the CBD’s Golden Triangle. The building has undergone refurbishments recently with the inclusion of new lifts, a ground floor forecourt upgrade as well as the introduction of a 3^rd space for businesses to use as needed. Such spaces are becoming increasingly common in secondary assets as landlords seek to improve the flexibility of their offerings. These works have clearly resonated well with tenants as YesIT took the last remaining fitted suite in the building.

YesIT see the level 3 tenancy as a tool to continue the growth of their business through the way of client facing functions and continue to enhance their company culture. While the majority of staff have been working from home for the previous 15 months, YesIT saw the balcony as the perfect opportunity to entice their staff back into the office.

The Brisbane leasing market continues to bounce back, with the secondary proving to be the most resilient.
