Niche recruitment firm Wasply have now taken occupation of a brand-new speculative suite in 15 Adelaide Street. Secured on a 5-year lease, Wasply are looking to cater for their growth as a company as they continue to expand.

Research conducted by the Caden Research Team indicates that 47% of existing Fringe tenants who are active within the market are open to options within the CBD. Reinforcing this, 97% of CBD tenants are looking to exclusively remain in the CBD. This has been derived from data pulled between Q1 – Q3, 2021.
For the Wasply team, they expressed a desire for an office space that would mitigate the want to work from home and encourage staff to enter the workspace and collaborate.
