Previously located in Red Hill, the firm made the decision to relocate into the CBD for the ease of access for staff and clients. Having reviewed an array of options, O’Shea settled on 307 Queen St after only a single inspection. The tenancy’s lift-presence, great natural light, and columnless adaptability were key criteria.
With the help of fit out construction professionals, Intermain Pty Ltd, O’Shea transformed an unfitted space into a fully customised, brand new office, located in a light-filled the corner of the building. The balance of unfitted space on the floor has been transformed into a new spec fit out, also constructed by Intermain.
Sitting on the precipice of the A-Grade market, 307 Queen St represents value for businesses who want to be located as centrally as possible within the Brisbane City, in a good quality building, without paying the premium rents associated with Eagle Street. A recently refurbished ground floor lobby has only assisted this building in attracting new tenants.
Lewis Harper worked directly with O’Shea Partners to bring the parties together and secure the lease.
